T42 Bluetooth Issue - always off after sleep

Whenever I resume my ThinkPad T42 from sleep/standby the bluetooth radio is off and I have to go into ThinkVantage Access Connections to turn it back on before I can use my bluetooth mouse. All my IBM/Lenovo drivers are up-to-date, and I have tried turning off and back on the wireless radios in the BIOS. Anyone have any other suggestions on how I can lift the lid of my laptop and have the bluetooth radio already on and ready for use? Thanks!

I realized I hadn't yet tried restoring the default settings in the BIOS,which worked. Thanks!
