W500 inactive Access Connections

I have Windows XP with ServicePack3 on my W500. I intalled all ThinkVantage software and try to configure profiles in Access Connections. But when I run AC I have inactive WiFi option (see screenshot below).

When I try to configure profile with WiFi I can't choose any wireless. I click "Find Network" and nothing happend. I can't choos Wireless mode (it's empty) and can't choose Security type (empty too).

I tried to uninstall AC, uninstall PM... what else? Please help
