Bluetooth Headset For Mobile Phone And PS3

I got a job where I spend most of the time in the car and talking on a cell phone. I'm thinking to buy a Bluetooth headset for cell phone, but that I will be able to use on the Playstation 3. On the PS3 Headset I found that most headphones should be able to use it on the PS3. I'm interested that you advise me which one to buy, that will work on your cell phone and PlayStation 3?
