Cable inside the thick hinge of T42P 14" laptop?

Hi,

I just notice that in my 2373GVU T42P laptop there is cable or someting inside the thick hinge (left one).

Is this normal?

I dont have digital camera so Ic ant post the picture.

It would be nice if someone could post detail picture of the T42P hinge

Inside the bigger metal hinge.
Yeah I think its a cable for wireless and blutooth I believe.

The LCD on my T42P is kinda loose, is there any way to tighten the hinges?

nothing that I would mess with.. if they are very loose, I would consider sending it in for service, or waiting till something else needs attention....

yeah, looks like there is a cable in there on mine, i'm sure it's normal. I never noticed it till you mentioned it.

WiFi and BT antennae in the left hinge on 14.1" displays. On the 15' displays the BT antenna is in the right hinge.
