problem with ultranav drivers on t41

First of all hello, i'm new here but not new on thinkpads

recently i have it to re-use my old t41 and i upgraded the hard disk (the old was very noise and small), i do it following info from this forum to upgrade copying the HPA area and all perfect

i reinstalled winXP, downloaded from lenovo all the drivers updated, installed sp3 to windowsXP and started to install drivers

i have it a little problem with Hotkey driver, solved with an older driver (again thanks to this forum)

but with ultranav drivers i can't fix (the ultranav and trackpoint works but with standard windows native driver)
when i try to install actual drivers from lenovo (direct downloaded or via system update) starts to install but at one point says error can't copy files "tpxxx.dll" and then stopped to install beacuse triyng to retry don't works
I retry with another older ultranav drivers that i have it and that worked before and the same
i don't know why?? maybe something about microsoft.net framework 4.0 that i installed from windowsupdate??

i don't know if retry again to reinstall whole system from scratch
