X220 mini dock not charging

Hi,

I have a X220 with the 433710U mini dock. When the laptop is docked and switched on Power Manager indicates the battery is charging but the charge percentage never changes. Any ideas why? I have a 90W power supply attached - do I need a more powerful one? I thought the 90W power supply was sufficient for this dock.
