T43 IRQ layout

Dear all, great to have found this forum. Have used two IBM Thinkpads over the past 5 years and really want to buy a T43.

Now my question. Can anyone who already owns a T43 find out of it makes use of the extra IRQ's available on the Sonoma platform? Typpically with the 855 chipset most devices were sharing a single IRQ. With the Sonoma set it is now possible to spread them. I heard about the Sony S380 that made use of loads of new IRQ's (see below).

As I have had trouble with audio fallout in recording (over PCMCIA card)due to IRQ interrupt collisions I really would like to know how the layout is on a T43.

IRQ's show up if you select View from the menu and select View recources by connection. Whole list should show up.

Also; is the DVD rewriter that comes in this series + and -?
