T43 Memory Advice Needed

#1 Post by rickslate » Thu May 05, 2005 6:41 pm

I'm planning on swapping out the memory in my T43 for 2GB of memory from Crucial. Crucial says it's a match for the 2668 T43 so that's not a concern. Before I go ahead with the purchase, I just wanted to check with you guys about the quality. Does everything look right?

CT435138 1GB: DDR2 PC2-4200 • CL=4 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-533 • 1.8V • 128Meg x 64 ($170 each)

I've used Crucial products for years and never had any trouble with them.

Thanks for the coupon code DoS! Pending any advice to the contrary, I'll go ahead and pick up the memory later this weekend. It's funny, I already found a buyer on this for the built-in memory once my Crucial memory arrives.
