I have a choice to do :
apply a sata mod on my laptop or stay with the SSD ultrabay and Pata to CF in the pata bay ?

SATA Mod all the way. Best money I ever spent on my daughters T43p. It literally brought new life that that machine.

the Pata to CF card that I have bought on the bay doesn't work... aaargh

in a near fiuture, after I'll find a thin solder, I'll try to do the SATA mod
