FS: T40 not working ? but intact, for fix ? PICS.. $40

I've acquired a T40 in fairly good condition that doesn't show anything on the lcd. Fan works, lights work but no output either on the 14" screen or on an external monitor.











Model 2373-7CU 03/10

Ram: at least 1GB installed, maybe more as I can't read the screen for BIOS info.
HD: 40GB/5400 Fujitsu that seems to work
CDRW/DVD read optical drive that works
72w ac adapter that works
Flush mounted battery that's in the green. No idea how much time is left.
All keys on keyboard.
No cracked plastics except there is a small hole in the left front palmrest.

No beeps when turned on.

What a sweet lookin classic and cheap too. Shame it doesn't work, but someone who likes these models could upgrade it with a newer T4x board and have a nice classic.
