another try to mod a x61 Type 7674 to sxga+ : 2 options ?

i m going to try the mod : X61 xga to x61 Sxga+
after some research, i found some seller on Taobao who offer the completed mod with some option

i ve already bought an x61 used in mint condition for 130 bucks with t7100 two month ago
i have to find a hv121p01 100 without digitalizer
and the hardest thing is to find the conversion cable (nobody seems to sell the cable anymore)

or bought the completed mod on taobao (after selling the x61 xga)

in terms of price, buying the x61 SXGA+ completed mod seems to be the same price if i bought the 3 items (x61 + display+ cable)

what is your opinion about these completed offers and the option of doing myself the mod ?
