T520 DVD-Drive problem

Hello,
for some time Im experiencing problem with my dvd-drive.. after reboot or hybernation system cannot find it.. i have to manually open it (push it out from the slot) and push in again, then it´s working again.. i´s little bit confusing, so i´m wondering if there is some workaround for it?
i tryed microsoft fix it but again that window, when fix it starts, is so small, i cannot see whole window - ok, or cancel, or whatever is written there..

Check advanced power manager settings.

Under system settings>automatic optical drive power off

Disable this feature.

I checked this with Power Manager version 6.45.
