Very unique (I think) situation. After installing an SSD to replace my hard drive, if I select the Restart option under Windows 7, it will go to the Thinkpad screen, the HDD LED will remain solid, and will never progress any further. However, if I choose shut down, or shut off my computer and then turn the computer back on immediately, the computer will boot as normal.
Any idea what to do?
