T410- Logging Problem

Hi

I have been getting 'you have been logged on with default profile, please contact your administrator' message each time I log in. Probably happened due to windows update error.

I have only one account, which I guess is the administrator too.
Every time a make a change in the system, it doesn't get saved for next log in session. The default profile loads in.

Please help me guys.
