T60 2007-fug fan noisy - already replaced to T61 type

Hi,
This is second year that I have the same problem.
The fan start to make noise after an about a year. I replaced the original one with the T61 type because folks recommended this.
But, the problem come back every time.
what can I do besides replacing it again and cleaning the whole unit from dust ? Is it possible to lubricate it somehow to give it more life and silence doing it's job ?

I find the volume and tone of the T/W500 fan to be considerably less annoying than the T61 fan... if you have already dropped a T61 heatsink unit into your machine, consider dropping a T500 fan into that heat sink, like in this post:
