Have you ran System Update or Windows Update?

Go check the drivers on Lenovo's website and D/L and run the missing ones.

Also check your signature, seems a bit wrong.
X31 instead of X61, 5300rpm instead of 5400.

Everyone has already told you what to do, and you even mentioned which drivers you need. Even though Windows 7 in combination with Windows Update should install all needed drivers, let's try this again:

Go to this link and download Thinkvantage System Update for Windows 7 and 8 (Hint: the first download link on the page)

http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloa ... VSU-UPDATE

Once it is downloaded, double click on the file and install it. Once it is installed, find where the program was added (Start--All Programs--Lenovo--System Update, just so there is no confusion). Follow the prompts and it will search out for any needed or updated drivers applicable to your system. Select the ones you want or need (you probably just need to select all of them for sake of simplicity) and sit back and watch. It will take a while, but it should take care of your issues.
I lost count...
