Upgrading T40 screen
Upgrading T40 screen
I've got a T40 that originally came with the XGA screen. I accidentally closed the lid with a pen inside it, so the screen's now shattered, and since I have to pay for a new one either way I figured I'd upgrade to the SXGA+ screen. My question is, will I need to also purchase any additional cables that run from the motherboard to the LCD? Or can I use the same ones from the old screen?
Re: Upgrading T40 screen
May as well get a new machine for the amount you'll have to pay for a new screen.....!!!
