X40 owners, what battery life are you getting?
Curious to see what you're getting for battery life with either the 4 or 8 cell. Please include your CPU type and list any power saving measures you've taken. Thanks.

Re: X40 owners, what battery life are you getting?
The 14.4v 4.3AH is the official IBM battery PN92P1002. The 14.4v 4.4AH battery is a clone from RoHS, came from fleabay, and hangs out the back almost twice the size of the smaller IBM. It's heavier, looks like it should be a 12 cell, but it's not.
They both seem to have the same run time.

D'oh! That means that the company's name (and presumably address etc) is printed in teeny tiny Chinese characters:-)
