R500 fan replacement (excluding the whole heatsink)

I am going to buy a new R500's fan+heatsink module:

But I would like to know if there is a way to buy only the fan and not the whole fan+heatsink module.

Yes.
Check eBay for "lenovo r500 fan" and see the black fan-only items from e.g. China and Hong Kong.
