drawing line fails at bottom part of touch screen on X230T

When I am drawing stuff on microsoft paint and the line comes close to the bottom edge of the screen, the line nosedives and becomes ugly.

Is this something to be expected of a touch screen?

Think it's normal for Wacom. Some are better and some are worse.
