Problem with T410 port-replicator

#1 Post by oliversl » Mon Jun 24, 2013 9:47 am

Hi,
we have 2 port-replicator for the T410, and they are starting to not hold tight the T410 and the dock disconnect itself easily.

Is this a know problem? Is there a fix?

Type 4336
P/N 45N5886

Many thanks
Oliver

According to the IT department at the company I work at, finicky connections between the T410 and the dock are quite common (mine suffers from that as well). It doesn't physically come out of the dock, but it can lose USB or monitor connectivity with a slight touch. Seems to be an issue with the laptop more than with the dock.
