E530 - poor wifi signal

Hello everyone! I recently bought a ThinkPad E530 and i installed Ubuntu 12.04.
I have a problem with my wireless connection. The signal is very poor, not to mention that i can't see other networks that are 5m away from me.
Can anyone help me with this, please? Thanks!

Ones i boot E530c from openSuse liveCD and i have same result as you. Only my networks displays with very poor signal.
But it only LiveCD..
I use windows and i have about 20 networks in my WiFi app.
Maybe something with drivers.
