X61s wwan Sierra 8755 error

I have buyed a X61s with wwan module but I can't connect.
I have a Sierra 8755 with a sim card H3G.
I have tryed to connect but I can't do and I don't know why.

Is the profile set up correctly for the provider, correct: APN, Username and Password?

Advanced > Location Profiles > Edit/Create configuration.

Also does sim allow data, have you tried in a phone or in a dongle?

you need to install Sierra's 3G Watcher for your internal WWAN module ..
you can download the software from here

The Sierra's 3G Watcher is similar with Huawei's Mobile Partner. I'm using sierra MC8775 from aircard 875U on my T61, with the Sierra's 3G Watcher ..
