Enable "USB always on" with X40

I would like to charge my mobile phone when x40 is suspended. But I found there is no option to select "Enable USB always on" in Power Manager. Brother, have any other alternative method to enable it? Many thanks!!

I doubt that this is a feature that can be turned on. AFAIK, this feature is only available on some newer laptops with MB that support his feature.
