How to turn off LCD (Fn+F3 doesn't work!!)

Hi,

I want to manage my laptop using RDP sometimes but I want to
turn off LCD. But it can't be turned off when Windows are on the
login screen.

I don't want to close laptop due to high temperatures.

Windows doesn't let me to turn off LCD on the login screen
using Fn + F3

Please help !
