POLL: My A31p has failed. Repair or let it RIP?

R, A, G and Z series specific matters only

Should I repair it or just let it RIP?

a) Repair the oldie. It's your trademark ThinkPad, for crying out loud.

b) Let it rest in peace. Keep the memory of its once unmatched beauty and power but move on.

I know.

I also have no patience to troubleshoot an otherwise fully functional planar in order to identify the culprit, since fixing the issue at hand is likely beyond my capabilities.

If its a full equipped version (finger print, wifi, bt, 2.0 uxga) i say dont let it die, i would so like to find one, otherwise if not for the sake of legacy collecting a t6X would be a satisfying replacement i guess
Thinkpads I own
T30 2366-66U (soon for sale), 2366-96U (came with original box and docs)
T43p 2669-Q1U (dead until i find someone to resolder the gpu), 2668-Q2U (a joy to use)
And A LOT of accessories. Yeah I'm kinda crazy

No A3x unit was shipped with a fingerprint reader, but everything else is indeed there, and upgraded... :)

Hope you end up finding a nice one for yourself.
