What are flex cable connector (display side) part numbers, both F and M for convertion patch on digikey/farnell/...?
is it available anywhere else?

It is much easier to modify the cable itself. Also the end result is less messy.

Actually, the easiest way is to buy already modified cable from Tom (check the marketplace).
