AC/DC Combo Adapter DC pinout

Hi folks,

I have a 41R140 AC/DC Combo Adapter. Unfortunately, it didn't come with the cigarette lighter cable. It has a small three-pin connector. Does anyone know what the pinout is of this connector so I could fab something up?
