ThinkVantage Communications Utility

Hi,

I am running Windows XP on my lovely T60p (which doesn't have an integrated Web cam), but I wonder if there is any way that I could still use the ThinkVantage Communications Utility with my external Web cam and do screen sharing.

Does anyone have experience using this utility with an external Web cam?
