I turn on the computer. I see the desktop but with difficulty, as if the brightness was lower than the minimum. What can I do for to see normal? Or is broken the backlight?

Is possible to mount a screen Flexview on T23?

From your description I would say that the backlight (CCFL tube) is broken.
You will need to get another LCD-panel of the same resolution and size.
If a used LCD, this could come from a T20, T21, T22 or T23.
There is no Flexview available for T23.

In T23's manual "14.1 SXGA+".
Is 1400x1050 normal? No flexview?

SXGA+ is 1400x1050, and is (next to XGA) used for laptops with 4:3 screens (A2x, A3x, T2x, T3x, T4x, R5x, non-widescreen T6x/R6x).
In 14.1" 4:3 there are no Flexview screens, only in 15" 4:3.
