Getting recovery cd's in another language

Hi

As some of you know im getting a few german thinkpads today, so they will almost certainly come with a german version of Windows.
And that is just....yuck

How would i go about getting a set of english recovery CD's? I heard that IBM wont send you CD's in another language than what you have on the machine on delivery.
So is there ANY way for me to get a set of english CD's?

I dont mind paying something for it i just need it. And it's just the CD's. The actual license key for Windows and so on i already have several of.
