Win 8.1 SecureBoot isn't configured correctly

Installed win 8.1 pro yesterday, desk top screen has watermark in lwr RH corner:

"Windows 8.1 Pro SecureBoot isn't configured correctly Build 9600"

Tried a couple suggestions here:

Hi,
I had same issue yesterday after upgraded my X1C from Win 8 Pro to 8.1.
It was OK after I set enable the UEFI secure boot in the BIOS.
Hope this helps...
