6219 motherboard upgrade ?

6219 motherboard upgrade ?
Anyone ever swapped out the 6219 motherboard to something else ? The 6219 has a max. RAM of 4 GB, and I could really use twice that. I have a couple of them with 2.8 GHz processors and 32GB SCSI drives (XP Pro), if anyone wants to swap. I don't need more processor power so much as lots more memory, although a faster processor would be nice.
