XP SP2 error in svchost.exe during shutdown

Anyone has encountered an error in SVCHOST.EXE during shutdown which is reported lately on next startup ? It happens from time to time since february when I updated IBM APS software.

It also seems to be related to Microsoft KB873333 update http://forum.iamnotageek.com/history/to ... 255-1.html

No. I have that update installed, all the latest MS patches and all the latest IBM drivers installed. ... JD Hurst
