I have 2 512MB PC2100 Crucial laptop RAM, never used and still in original package. I opened one stick to confirm the details, the other is still sealed.
Crucial P/N is CT6464X265.16FG
These came directly from Crucial, so no FRU. They must have been for a Thinkpad, 'cause that's about all I've ever used, but I don't remember now.
