I have quite a few brand new NOS and fully refurbished motherboards to offer, I'll list a few here but you can PM me if you have any special requests.

Intel graphics, native Penryn cpu support, middleton bios BRAND NEW (NOS) with original IBM box and manual

$129 Brand new (old stock). These haven't been available new for years. If you order one from IBM today you'll get a refurbished board for almost $700. This board is ideal for replacing a failed nVidia board. I've tested this board and installed Middleton bios to enable the onboard SATA2 controller.

Special. I have a used board with supervisor password set, also Intel graphics with native Penryn support and will consider any reasonable offer. It was pulled from a complete fully working laptop and only needs the password cleared.

T61 (4:3 aspect ratio) ***ideal for Frankenpad*** note: I have many of these offered in frankenpad kits with all parts necessary to convert your T60 to a T61 hybrid.

Genuine Lenovo Refurbish board, nVidia nvs140m graphics 43y9045 (updated version of 42w7649). Fully tested for seven full days running 24/7 while temps monitored including several hours of GPU specific stress tests. Middleton bios $149

Similar to above with native Penryn support 42w7873 (all discrete boards go through the same rigorous testing regiment. $149

Now for the holy grail of Frankenpadding. I still have a couple of the NOS boards left. This is a 44c3924 brand new (not a refurb) board in SEALED original IBM box $269 or if you're building a frankenpad I can provide it with all required parts to do the conversion, cpu bracket, pc card assembly, heatsink/fan assembly, wire harness and complimentary 2.0ghz cpu $300.

Another holy grail board, a genuine Lenovo refurbished board with nVidia chip from 2011, native Penryn support, nVidia FX570m graphics with new GPU installed, middleton bios. $299

Are any of the 15.4 boards still in the lower assembly? I have a T60p 15.4 with a fried charging circuit and I never have the time to get into fixing it. I might actually be able to swap bases though.
