Near complete SL500. Sold for parts. $20.

If anyone is interested in this SL500, I'll have to post some pictures before you buy it. It's really ugly on the outside but DOES have some nice parts. It's been dropped on the left corner... REALLY HARD.

Motherboard: I took the whole thing apart far enough to reconnect the screen. The motherboard does work but needs a new socket soldered onto it. In particular, the 2-wire socket that lights up the LCD was damaged when it was dropped and needs to be replaced. I believe the MB is otherwise fine.
LCD Screen: The screen, itself, is beautiful. I cannot find a blemish on it. I tested it and it's working fine. The outside screen lid is a sight for sore eyes.
Keyboard: It looks new.

The left hinge is wasted. The right hinge is good. It also has a trap door missing off the bottom (I think it's the memory door).

I'm selling the whole thing for $20 bucks plus shipping.

Is that a LED or a CCFL screen (from the 2-wire socket I assume it's CCFL)?
Matte or shiny LCD?

I believe the two wires go to the lamp thingy inside the screen that looks like real long and skinny florecent lamp. Is that the CCFL? All I know for sure is that the screen goes dark when it's not connected.
