X230 GOBI4000 from Taobao

I'm currently searching for a GOBI4000/mc7750 wwan card for my x230. I found some on taobao but I'm not sure if they are compatible. It seems like the most important thing is to get a card that is whitelisted in the bios and have the correct frequency for my country, right?

How about this card? Does it work in Sweden?
