LF/WTB: Win98 SE restore disk for T23

Don't laugh. The owners of the retail store my wife works at use point-of-sale/inventory software designed in the days of Windows 95/98. Apparently they are having some problems with their Dell (?) laptop and asked my wife if I could provide some help. According to my notes, I believe that I have a 2647-5LU sitting around the house. I'm looking for FRU 32P5573 in particular (US English). Thanks!

I believe I have a win98 setup disc if that will do, but I don't have the recovery disc.

If you'd like I can find it and send you an .iso.
