NVIDIA graphics card not working

I just refreshed my windows 8 Laptop, and Im trying to get games to function well, they're all lagging horribly and I don't think NVIDIA is working. I use NVIDIA GTX GEFORCE 765M with intel core i7. For my processor I haven't been able to download the processor hardware from the intel website, it won't run, and I think NVIDIA will not work without it, because when I drive to run NVIDIA it says i need to install and intel(r) driver... If anyone could help me get this work it would be much appreciated.

First, let's clear up what model ThinkPad you are using. Please tell us the seven character type number.

Second, what do you mean by "refresh"? If you do a factory restore, all drivers should be included. If you mean something else, you still should be able to find all the drivers for your ThinkPad on the Lenovo support web site.
