Trackpoint Nipples

I've just bought a couple of replacement red trackpoint covers off ebay for my recently acquired T22 and I have a couple of questions:

1) How long can I expect them to last with around 5hrs daily usage.
2) Is there somewhere more reputable than ebay I can aquire them from in future if necessary (UK preferably)

It seems that you have a 1Ghz T22 with SXGA screen...pretty rare stuff u have there!!.
