WTB: Cheap X20 or 240

I'm looking for a cheap X20 or 240-series ThinkPad. This will be used just for writing. I don't care about specs, but it must have a nice keyboard, good screen and good cosmetics. No cracked cases or other ugly stuff.

Let me know what you have,
