This is a single stick of 1GB DDR 333 (PC2700) 200-pin laptop RAM by Crucial.

Pulled out of a decommissioned T42p, fully tested with memtest86, runs clean with no errors.

It will work in the following ThinkPads:

A31, A31p

R32, R40/e, R50/e/p, R51

T30, T40/p, T41/p, T42/p

X31, X32, X40
