Desperate for factory recovery CD's for a 2378-DLU (T41)

I just bought a used T41 (2378-DLU) and am frustrated with the BOD to do with the wireless card. Whenever the driver tries to load the WLAN, I get a crash on "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and then 3 seconds later, it reboots.

I have recovered the C:\ via the rescue and recovery image however, same thing. I have also surfed and found that if I replace the Intel Pro/Wireless LAN 2100 3B mini PCI adapter driver from 1.21.11 to 1.2.4.41, however, the crash issues goes away, but I am unable to connect to any WLANs.

Hoping this is an issue with the image and that a new rescue and recovery image will help.

if not too late, you can get them for free here. The thread states "ISO R50/51 recovery cd's", but those ISO's will work for your T41 without issue.
