T420-Display Problem. *PICS*

Good Day!
I have T420, and I am facing this strange display problem. I did reinstalled the O/S and updated display drivers. This problem reoccurs more while browsing internet.The O/S is 64 bit, Windows 7 Ultimate. What could be cause of this problem. Help will be appreciated for troubleshooting, if more information is required, I will post it.

No one has replied to help him since Feb?!?

It looks like bad GPU RAM causing the problem to me. Does your T420 have an Nvidia GPU?

Yep, this is definitely GPU related, I'm afraid you would have to change motherboard to fix this.
