Thinkpad 365X BIOS Update

Hi all!

I have an old 365X and I need update to the latest BIOS. Without this file I can´t upgrade RAM. Does anyone know where to find the file?

Thanks to those guys that have mirrored the old IBM archives, otherwise these files would've disappeared.

I searched online, but the website of Lenovo offers no help.

I was thinking of dropping the idea of ​​increasing RAM, but then I saw this great forum.

My old Thinkpad still work a few years more 8)
