FS: Thinkpad T400 For parts or repair $50 OBO shipped

I have one 'ugly duckling' T400 that although overall it works, it has some issues. Details:

ThinkPad T400 6475-ZN2

Current configuration:
Intel P8600 CPU
2GB RAM (2X1GB)
1440x900 LCD
Intel 4500 Video
Intel 5100 agn WiFi
Bluetooth
Fingerprint reader
WWAN optional
Vista Business COA

Does Not Include:
Hard drive, caddy, or cover
Battery
AC Adapter
Optical drive

its just a barebones unit as it sits. Here are the issues:
Sound output doesn't work through speakers or audio jack, regardless of OS. Seems to be a motherboard issue.
The black plastic 'divider' on one of the USB ports is broken-however the port still works perfectly.
The WiFi card may have some issues. I had some problems with it connecting and would drop connections.
The LCD works but isn't very bright. Still very useable though.
Display hinges have some play.
LCD bezel has a couple cracks but is still intact.
Cover has typical wear and marks.
Keyboard has some very worn keys, and some keys require extra pressure to register.

Price reduced to $50 shipped OBO. Really can't go any lower than that. Even though it has it's issues, it is still a functioning laptop that would be a good 'beater' to use or as a testbed.
