I don’t know why is it , but if I’m doing the AUTO or custom and limiting the charge to 95% it will still go to 100%,
Any ideas ?

that's the whole idea of the battery maintenance tool.
i didn't know that either . but it's not good for those Lion batteries to top at 100% all the time. it will shorten the battery life.
so you can or choose manual - it will charge the battery whatever depercentage you decided , or do AUTO and then the tool will randomly change the MAX percentage .
funny thing, when i didn’t use the tool it was stuck like yours on 98 or 99.
now when i'm using it , it's going to 100% go figure ...
