Product Recovery Cd

Hi all,
a question, I have tried the Oridiginal Ibm Product Recovery: they have restored my Ibm T43 at original factory state, but in English language. It is possible to change the files of cd, or the files in the created hard disk by cd, to have a restor in Italian language? Please let me know.

No.

There is a different CD set for Italian language.

You could set up the OS for your preferred language/keyboard layout once installed, but I believe that a vast majority of applications would still show up in English.

I am not ajkula66, but anyway: It is simply a different set of CD's, different part number, etc. The operating system they install is the same, but the Italian cd-set gives you your OS in italian. Not sure where these can be found anymore, have you tried eBay?

I have seen the site, but for T43 mod 2668 there is nothing. Which pc model is similar to T43? R50? T60? Please let me know.

All you will be able to order (IF they even have it!) will be Windows XP Pro 32-bit, hopefully in Italian.
They only list T43 with Intel graphics. This would also work on yours, the only difference would be the ATI graphics drivers, which you can download from Lenovo.

i have already writtem, but no answer for now. The T43 on list, non Xp and no Italian language. Do you know other similar pc good also for T43, like T60? R50? Please let me know.

To order from lenovorecovery.com, you need the full type/model/serialnumber and we can't give you that.
Find IBM/Lenovo recovery discs in Italian that work on T4x/R5x/T6x/R6x.
See if there are any Italian-speaking Thinkpad-like forums in Italy or Switzerland.
They might be able to help you.

whic is similar to t43? T60 is similar? T50 is similar? Because I can buy the cd's for one similar unit, and after download the driver non correct. Please let me know.
