T410 Webcam and Skype - Problem

Following the addition of Sumsung Evo SSD drive, I did a fresh install of Windows 7 Pro (64) from Lenovo recovery disks. Installation and operations of software appears perfect in every respect except webcam with Skype. Also, all drivers appear as they should be within Device manager. Additionally, one can test webcam hardware within Skype and the webcam works just fine and Skype also works normally for calls in "audio" mode. However, the webcam will not activate when Skype is in video mode - one just gets a black boxes with rotating arrow, but no webcam image. Any ideas to get webcam operational with Skype would be appreciated. Thanks
